For those of us still locked inside, how about a list of MUST-WATCH Movie or TV shows that you might not have seen yet! Here's my mix-salad-fat-free-good-for-your-heart list of comedies, dramas, and documentaries that are must watch viewing this month!

The Map of Tiny Perfect Things

Personal Growth Synopsis: Gratitude is crucial in times of loss, because it reminds us of what precious things we still have. While empathy reminds us that life is NOT all about us. When the protagonist realizes life is not all about him, he finds a map of tiny perfect things that were there all along. This is a modern-day remake of a Groundhogs Day classic, well suited for teens and adults, heart-warming, hilarious, and true.

Barb & Star Go To Vista Del Mar (2021 Movie) Official Trailer

Personal Growth Synopsis: Growth Mindset is all about moving out of what we know, to something totally different. It's also a reminder that while we might meet many people in our lives, there are a precious few we can truly call our best of friends. Also, this is just a ridiculously hilarious film. You will laugh, a LOT.

Minding the Gap: Trailer (Official) • A Hulu Original Documentary

Personal Growth Synopsis: Ever feel like you don't fit in? That people don't understand the real you? This incredible documentary about growing up, covers friendship, trauma, self-worth, and so much more. It also tells us the truth about life - that we're all just figuring it out, as we go. Filmed over a decade, this is a true story about how we deal with things we don't understand, until we do.

What We Do in the Shadows Season 1

Personal Growth Synopsis: What if blood-sucking immortal Vampires had feelings too?! This hilarious comedy, set in modern day New York City, stars three +1 hapless Vampire roommates stuck in the past, hopelessly unsure of the present, and lacking the adaptability or resilience to plan out a future. Each episode is about a new Goal-Setting adventure that never seems to go exactly to plan. But the real star of "What We Do in the Shadows" is the underdog servant, named the Familia: meek, shy, accommodating, but born with a great unfulfilled potential, all he needs is a little time and some pretty big vampire-worthy tests to prove it.

Collective - Official Trailer

Personal Growth Synopsis: The world is what we make it. What matters most is how we treat others. But what if one of the most important institutions, like a Nations Hospital System, was removed from this idea? Without integrity or ethics, with only one final aim of profit? "In 2015, a fire at Bucharest’s Colectiv club leaves 27 dead and 180 injured. Soon, more burn victims begin dying in hospitals from wounds that were not life-threatening. Then a doctor blows the whistle to a team of investigative journalists. One revelation leads to another as the journalists start to uncover vast health care fraud. When a new health minister is appointed, he offers unprecedented access to his efforts to reform the corrupt system but also to the obstacles he faces."....This film is a crucial reminder that morality, ethics, integrity are things we can teach our children, and that we must practice at all costs, to avoid living in a world like this one.
